1. What are the names of you characters, their classes, levels and professions? (Please state which is your main and provide armory links where possible)

Level: 80
Professions: Alchemy (371), want to go for Potion Mastery; Herbalism (197), very neglected
Armory link: http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet ... &cn=Vanyel
Alts: none
2. When do you play Wow? How much do you play?
I tend to play way too much, mostly in the evening (timezone GMT+1). The time I usually spend on playing is a few hours per day, unless I'm going to a party and the like.
3. What is your guild history? Why did you leave them?
It is my first and so far only character. Therefore my guild history is rather short. I've been a member of Illumination Inc. I've left this guild as it didn't meet my expectations and I felt utterly old in there (the average age was around 16, while I'm 28 :S). I didn't feel it was a place for me to stay.
4. What do you do in real life? What other games do you play? Tell us something else about you (not WoW related).
Currently, I'm hired as an assistant professor in the local university in the department of signals&circuits theory of the Institute of Electronics. Other than this I'm fooling around way too much. The time to settle down has come, though, I am procrastinating this moment as much as possible.
I used to play some other online games. Started with Eternal Lands, went through Lineage 2, Conquer Online and Perfect World. None of them was appealing enough to keep me playing, though.
My other hobbies are fantasy/sf books and anime&manga (<3). Ah, also, partying.
5. Why do you want to join the BSC?
The main reason is here: http://forums.wow-europe.com/thread.htm ... 6306&sid=1
Aeshaara's response got me interested in the BSC. Additionally, I had a chance to talk to Hufsaa and I liked what I've heard (especially 'fooling around a lot' party
5a. Would you like to raid with BSC or socialise?
Of course, learning how to raid is one of the reasons I wanted to join a guild. Socialising is the most important part of any MMORPG I've ever played, too. I'm seriously bored with playing solo.
6. Which BSC Members do you know? How do you know them? What will they say about you?
I think I've seen a few members of BSC. Though, I can't say I know any of them. The only person I talked to is Hufsaa.
I cannot even guess what he/she would say about me.
7. Why should we recruit you?
There is no particular reason for you to recruit me. Unless you need somebody who is a manga/anime/fantasy book nerd and has a rather twisted sense of humour.
8. Why did you pick you current class?
I've played a range dps class in most of the games so far. A mage class in Lineage 2 and archers in Conquer and Perfect World. I liked these classes for being independant. It fits my way of leveling, too, i.e. mostly questing/grinding. Ah, I love my pets
9. What is your current talent spec? Why did you pick this spec?
I am double-specced: BM/MM. I started with BM specs as they are sweet for soloing. With time I got myself SV spec and later MM spec which I use right now. I've decided for MM spec to start doing some serious dps in dungeons (and hopefully in raids).
Right now I'm considering respeccing to SV/MM. When I tried SV I liked it a lot and would love to play with it a bit longer.
10. If any what raid experience do you have and with what guild?
As I've stated previously, I have no raiding experience. I want to get it.
11. What are the weaknesses and strengths of your class?
Well, hunters are not supermen. No self-healing and tanking anything is a real pain. The nastiest weakness is the 5m range attack zone. Most of others are easy to solve or bypass with skills and pets.
12. If you could, what new spell, ability or talent would you add to your class?
Anything that would help with self-healing. Though, I think it would make hunters a bit overpowered.
13. Will you be applying to any other guild while applying to the BSC?
Nope, I am not two-timing.
That would be all questions. Thank you for your time and I would like to apologise for my English, I'm aware it's far from being perfect.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Vanyel
